About the Role
The Junior Marketer (JM) will provide leadership and strategic vision to the organization. They will bring technological, and administrative procedures, reporting structures and technological controls to the company. The JM will effectively communicate and foster growth among all employees. This is a vital leadership role that will drive results, spur growth, and increase the overall efficiency of the corporation. The JM will work hand in hand with the admin team to cohesively grow the marketing and technology of the company.

Provide teamwork moments to staff and leadership within the organization that aligns with Dentistry Support’s business plan, strategic vision, mission, and core values.
Assist leadership team members in creating, growing, and building a world class, industry leading dental organization through technology and marketing strategies.
Drive company results from all marketing perspectives working closely with leadership team members.
Partner with the leadership teams to achieve favorable marketing results with respect to sales, profitability, cash flow, mergers and acquisitions, systems, reporting and controls.
Favorable results will result in 10% or more year over year growth.
Participate in challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance, and profitability with the marketing team.
Partner in the use of measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of internal and external processes regarding technology and marketing.
Provide accurate and timely reports outlining the technological and marketable condition of the company.
Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
Work closely with senior management team to create, implement, and roll out plans for technological processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company.
Motivate and encourage employees at all levels as one of the key leaders in the company including but not limited to professional staff, management level employees and executive leadership team members.
Forge strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors, banks, investors, and all other professional business relationships.
Foster a growth oriented, positive, and encouraging environment while keeping employees and management accountable to company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
High school Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one year key knowledge in
Social Media Account Management, oversight and growth monitoring.
Work with Administrative team for their creation and pass off to you weekly/monthly.

This position is a contract to hire position. The position will run seasonally three times per year. Applications for this position will be accepted year round. Group interviews will be held conducted to determine hire. Decision email will be sent to all applicants on one month prior to start date. This is a position for United States of America candidates only.
Upon completion of the contract position the contracted team member will be evaluated for permanent W-2 employment. There is no guarantee of further employment. Further employment will depend on the needs of the business. The pay for this position is established at a flat rate and payable in 1099 format. The contract payment will be paid on the 7th and the 22nd of each month. There is no set schedule for this position. The full details of the position will be disclosed at the time the Offer of Contract is presented. The contracted team member will have a screen monitoring and recording application required to be installed and in use while working to monitor and evaluate contractual agreement to provide Jr. Marketing Services, maintain HIPAA compliance and for insurance purposes as required. There is a required 20-25 hours per week and the hours are worked at the contractors leisure. Specific duties with regard to the Key Knowledge section will be explained upon Offer of Contract delivery. Metrics required to maintain contractual agreement will be specified upon Offer of Contract delivery.
