By participating in the Dentistry Support® Affiliate Program ("Program"), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Program Overview:

• Affiliates ("Affiliates") will promote Dentistry Support® services to potential clients.

• Affiliates will earn a commission for each successful referral.

• Commissions are paid once per month on the 28th of the following month.

• Commissions are calculated as 10% of the monthly recurring amount paid by the referred client.

• The Program offers a 96% client retention rate for remote support services.

Eligibility and Participation:

• Affiliates must adhere to anti-spam laws and ethical marketing practices.

• Violations of legal matters, including but not limited to faxing regulations, influencer roles, or any other applicable laws, will result in termination of Affiliate participation and forfeit of commissions.

• Existing clients of Dentistry Support® may participate in the Program and choose for their earned commissions to be deducted from their monthly Dentistry Support® invoice.

Referral Process:

• Referrals must use the Affiliate's unique promo code at enrollment to qualify for commissions.

• Commissions are earned only when referred clients successfully enroll in Dentistry Support® services and make payment.

Reference Requirement:

• Current clients participating in the Program may be requested to serve as a reference, either verbally or via email, for prospective clients.

Payment and Commission Structure:

• Commissions are paid out once per month, on the 28th of the following month.

• Commissions are calculated as 10% of the monthly recurring amount paid by the referred client.

• Dentistry Support® reserves the right to adjust commission rates or Program terms with advance notice.

Termination of Affiliate Participation:

• Dentistry Support® reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Program at any time for any reason.

• Termination may occur due to violations of Program terms or any other actions deemed detrimental to Dentistry Support®.

Liabilities:

• Dentistry Support® is not responsible for any actions or representations made by Affiliates.

• Affiliates operate as independent contractors (1099 team members) and are responsible for their own tax obligations.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• Dentistry Support® may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time with notice to Affiliates.

• Continued participation in the Program after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law:

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
