The Dentistry Support® White Coat of Honor was created to recognize the dentists who quietly set the standard for leadership, care, and integrity in our profession. These are the doctors who not only provide excellent clinical care, but who also lead strong teams, support their communities, and create practices where patients and employees alike feel valued.
At Dentistry Support®, our CEO, Sarah Beth Herman, MBA, has always believed in one core mission: to make dentistry better. Through education, leadership, virtual support, and community, Dentistry Support has worked with dental professionals across the country in many different ways — from those who use our free training resources and educational content, to practices we actively support as clients, and those we may serve in the future.
No matter how someone connects with our work, we remain focused on highlighting the goodness that dentistry brings to patients, teams, and communities every single day.
This year, the White Coat of Honor program is dedicated to celebrating that goodness.
Our goal is simple: to shine a light on the dentists who represent the very best of the profession and to recognize their leadership across the nation.

On March 31, 2026, Dentistry Support® will proudly announce the recipient of the White Coat of Honor, and this page will be updated with the official press release honoring the selected doctor and their practice.
Until then, we welcome nominations from across the country as we celebrate the excellence and leadership that make dentistry such a remarkable profession.
What the DS White Coat of Honor Recipient Receives
Being named the Dentistry Support® White Coat of Honor Recipient is more than an award — it is a national recognition of leadership, character, and excellence in dentistry.
Each year, one dentist will be selected to represent the very best of the profession. This recognition celebrates the doctor whose leadership elevates their team, inspires their patients, and strengthens the reputation of dentistry across the country.
The selected recipient will receive a recognition package designed to celebrate both the doctor and the culture they have created within their practice.
