We’re thrilled to officially welcome your dental office to Dentistry Support®. You’ve just partnered with a team dedicated to helping your practice run smoother, smarter, and more efficiently.

 

Onboarding Timeline: 10 Business Days

Our onboarding process takes 10 business days. During this time, we’ll be learning about your practice, building your customized Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and setting up your systems for success. We always go live Monday through Thursday, ensuring your start is seamless and well-supported.

Your invoice will be processed within 24–48 hours, and then our Onboarding Team will reach out with your Support Agreement via SignNow along with your next steps.

What to Expect Next

Our onboarding process includes five simple steps designed to prepare your office for an exceptional start:

  1. Secure Chat Access
    Your first step is joining our HIPAA-compliant chat system in Microsoft Teams. This will be your main communication hub with your support team.

    • For patient privacy, we do not communicate about patients via email or phone.

    • All communication related to patient accounts will take place only through our secure Teams chat or video conferencing.

  2. Sign Your Support Agreement
    You’ll receive a SignNow email from our onboarding team to review and sign your official Dentistry Support® Agreement.

  3. Office Setup and Information Gathering
    We’ll begin gathering key details about your office, systems, and preferences to build your customized practice SOPs.

  4. Final Prep and Team Introduction
    Just before your office goes live, you’ll meet your dedicated remote dental support team. At this stage, we’ll confirm all workflows, settings, and processes are ready.

  5. Go Live
    Once your setup and testing are complete, your office will go live on your scheduled Monday–Thursday start date.

Please add our email addresses to your address book to ensure you receive all onboarding messages:

If your office uses Google (Gmail), please note that our emails may occasionally be sent to junk or spam folders—especially if you haven’t emailed us before. Mark us as “safe” so you never miss important updates.
