Our mentoring service start at $5,000 per month and includes:

Pricing Structure

Our pricing is based on the size of team and revenue of your practice:

  • Base Rate: $5,000 per month for one doctor and up to three additional team members.

  • Additional Employees: $2,500 per month per additional employee.

  • High Revenue Practices: (practices exceeding 149k in revenue)

    • $7,500 per month for practices exceeding $150k in revenue (up to 6 employees plus 1 doctor).

    • $14,000 per month for practices exceeding $200k in revenue (up to 8 employees plus 2 doctors).

    • $20,000 per month for practices exceeding $350k in revenue.

    • Call for pricing on practices exceeding $350k

  • Mentoring comes with a 10 day onboarding process to get to know your practice.  Payment for first month is to cover onboarding process and about 20 days of mentoring. 

  • Payment due at enrollment.

  • Your team and owner/doctor commitment is intense. You will have action items weekly, you will be challenged, we will be running reports and guiding your entire team to be successful. 

  • This program is  for those who really want to take their practice to the next level and even more so get out of the slump they are in.

  • Duration: Average commitment ranges from 3 to 9 months, with a month-to-month option.

  • Cancellation Policy: Can be canceled with a 30-day notice.

  • In-Person Training: Available at an additional cost of $5,000 per week, plus travel expenses.

Technology and Access

  • Remote Software Access: Mentoring requires remote access to your practice management software.

  • Annual Technology Fee: A $279 fee at initial enrollment to cover technology costs.

  • Standalone Support Option: Mentoring is separate from our virtual support services, which are available for an additional fee.

Mentorship Team

Your practice will benefit from a dedicated team of 6-9 mentors who will provide continuous guidance, feedback, and support.

Discounts for Prepayment

  • 6-Month Prepayment: 2% discount.

  • 12-Month Prepayment: 5% discount.

Completamos todos los formularios, generamos listas de tarifas, establecemos un plan de juego y expectativas con su equipo, al mismo tiempo que brindamos actualizaciones mensuales sobre los estados de su consultorio dental/médico.

La acreditación no se detiene una vez que su consultorio dental se establece como dentro de la red.  La recertificación, la negociación continua de tarifas fijas y las actualizaciones de las políticas que afectan a su consultorio dental requieren mantenimiento obligatorio._cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
