Thankful for Our Free Training Resources Reaching Over 815,000 Dental Professionals

One of the biggest blessings of the year has been the impact of our free training page. More than 815,000 dental professionals visited and used our free education tools this year. Thousands of practices have shared how our videos, tutorials, and training pages helped them strengthen systems and take better care of their patients.


We also watched our content about dental insurance claims and narratives go viral. That training continues to reach the dental community daily because teams want to understand their claims process better. Our podcast, No Silver Spoons, reached more than 38,000 listeners. Every episode reflects honesty, leadership, story, and the real experiences Sarah Beth Herman shares from nearly twenty-five years in the dental and business world. Seeing the dental community and entrepreneurial world embrace the message of real growth and real grit is something we never take for granted.

This year, we expanded our team across seven countries. Our virtual team is made up of people who show up with excellence and pride every single day. Together, they helped us deliver the highest level of virtual dental support in the industry.


We celebrated leadership promotions, career growth, and milestones that changed families forever. We watched team members purchase their first homes. We celebrated children graduating from college. We watched people step into leadership roles they worked incredibly hard for. We promoted forty-eight team members into leadership positions this year, and every celebration felt like a victory for all of us.


To date, our company has paid for 887,000 hours of payroll this year. That number represents something much deeper than work hours. It represents financial stability for families. It represents opportunities in communities where career options may have been limited. It represents the belief that people are worth investing in. We could not be more thankful for the team that carries our mission forward every day.


Thankful for a Year of Service and Accomplishment

Our phones team handled 3,495,284 minutes of patient calls this year. That is millions of minutes spent helping patients feel heard, supported, and guided. It is patient care without being in the room. It is the comfort of a kind voice. It is the clarity of real answers. It is the professionalism that helps practices run smoothly.


Our billing team sent more than 1,587,285 dental insurance claims. Those claims represent revenue that dental practices depend on to keep growing, keep hiring, and keep serving. Every claim matters because every dental office matters to us.

When we look at these numbers, we think about the humans behind them. The patients. The teams. The lives changed because someone cared enough to do the work correctly. That is what makes us grateful.

Thankful for Our Partnerships and Our Community Impact

Our partnership with the Better Business Bureau continues to mean so much to us. Their support and recognition inspire us to keep raising the standard for virtual dental support and leadership.
